The department of Sports and Youth Welfare is committed to provide the players of Madhya Pradesh, both from rural and urban areas, with comprehensive facilities and state-of-the-art infrastructure, in an effort to overall enhance their performance and prospects. The government of Madhya Pradesh is making every possible effort for the evolution of sports in Madhya Pradesh with an ambition to bring more laurels to the state.

• Department of Sports & Youth Welfare, MP created a blueprint in the year 2005 to make Madhya Pradesh a pioneer in the field of sports.

• The Department envisioned world-class sports academies and established them since 2007 to identify the sports talent at the grassroots level and provide ultra-modern training facilities.

• Today, the department provides the finest sports training environment and enhance the tactical and technical skills of athletes by giving a platform to participate in top-rated national and international tournaments.

• The sole aim is to bring more and more medals and laurels to the state and the country.
